It's a bit Gingerbread - and if not, then muffins - and hot, steaming tea. Maybe a little cinnamon and roasted almonds but certainly coarse knitting, wild hair and pink cheeks from the cold wind .
It is 07.30 clock , outside it is still dark and incredibly cold. Leather leggings and a thick wool sweater, current location : in the closet . Question: Which scarf, which cap, which gloves ?
Honestly? We participated in the Winter Essentials of last year but have long overlooked and the girl at the bus stop the other day who had such a wonderful thick knitted and much too large snood, in which we spontaneously fell in love.
So forth with the coarsest rope which we find in our closet, and also fits gray, after all, and to all. To the charcoal-colored jacket or the black, beige to the trench coat and the khaki -colored jacket with leather sleeves.
And on the way to the office inspired the showcase, in which the dolls feel comfortable in jumpers with eye-catching and almost randomly arranged rhinestones. And a bit of needle and thread and some Swarovski later...
We love our almost new Winter Essentials. And you?

Es ist ein bisschen Lebkuchen – und wenn das nicht, dann Muffins – und heißer, dampfender Tee. Vielleicht ein bisschen Zimt und gebrannte Mandeln aber ganz sicher grober Strick, wildes Haar und vom kalten Wind rosa Wangen.
Es ist 07.30 Uhr, draußen ist es noch dunkel und unglaublich kalt. Lederleggings und ein dicker Wollpullover, aktueller Standort: im Kleiderschrank. Fragestellung: Welcher Schal, welche Mütze, welche Handschuhe?
Ehrlich? Wir haben uns an den Winteressentials des letzten Jahres doch schon längst übersehen und das Mädchen an der Bushaltestelle neulich, die hatte so einen wundervoll dick gestrickten und viel zu großen Schlauchschal, in den wir uns spontan verliebt haben.
Also her mit dem gröbsten Strick, den wir in unserem Schrank finden, und außerdem grau passt ja immerhin auch zu allem. Zu dem anthrazitfarbenen Mantel oder dem schwarzen, zu dem beigefarbenen Trenchcoat und der khakifarbenen Jacke mit den Lederärmeln.
Und auf dem Weg ins Büro inspirieren uns die Schaufenster, in denen die Puppen sich in Pullovern mit auffälligen und fast wahllos angeordneten Strasssteinen wohlfühlen. Und ein bisschen Nadel und Faden und etwas Swarovski später …
